Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and daily Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms along with Eden, yard signs, flyers & Setting up booths at shows. This energetic role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and audience engagement. You will drive brand awareness, foster community relationships, and implement impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Your expertise will help us stay ahead in the competitive digital landscape while ensuring our messaging aligns with our core values and business goals.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive printable & social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Manage daily marketing strategies with crews in the morning bef they head out for the day along with social media operations using tools to schedule posts, monitor activity, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and advertisements using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and implementing best practices to improve organic reach on web pages and social channels.
  • Manage Our website, our paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize ROI through targeted ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, sales, and product development to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, audience insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee relationship management with influencers, media outlets, partners, and community groups to expand outreach efforts.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that support product launches or promotional events while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing to uphold high-quality standards.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise in social media marketing strategies including content creation, community engagement, advertising, web and analytics interpretation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to track conversations around the brand or industry topics.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles combined with experience in keyword research for digital content optimization.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance data effectively.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles within an e-commerce or retail environment is desirable.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
