As the Sr. Director of Executive Communications and Operations, you will be a pivotal figure within the Global Corporate Communications team, responsible for shaping our corporate narrative and strengthening the company’s reputation as a key influencer and changemaker. You will be the strategic influence behind our executive leadership's voice, crafting compelling communications that resonate internally and externally. In this dual-hatted role, you will also serve as the operational chief for the communications function, bringing clarity and consistency to our global team and ensuring our strategic initiatives are executed flawlessly from concept to completion.
Your Responsibilities
- Shape Executive Voice: Develop and execute the communication strategy for executive leadership, ensuring a consistent and impactful voice across all internal and external platforms.
- Lead Communications Operations: Serve as the operational leader for the global communications team, implementing efficient processes, managing business plan tracking, and ensuring strategic initiatives are driven to completion.
- Drive External Engagement: Identify and secure key external opportunities, including speaking engagements, events, and top-tier media coverage, to amplify the corporate narrative and thought leadership.
- Steer Executive Social Media: Design and implement integrated social media strategies and content to enhance the visibility, influence, and brand of the executive team.
- Manage Strategic Projects: Oversee the planning and execution of complex, integrated communication plans, ensuring all projects are meticulously managed and progress is communicated effectively across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public relations, or a related marketing field.
- Key Skills: Proven ability to influence senior leadership and solve complex problems with broad business impact, combined with expertise in leading large-scale strategic projects across global functions.

- Strategic Vision & Execution: A demonstrated ability to think broadly, translate complex strategy into actionable, visual plans, and drive initiatives to completion with executional excellence.
- Executive Presence & Influence: Proven ability to confidently network with, advise, and influence senior management across a global organization.
- Exceptional Project Management: A track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within scope, coupled with a strong completer-finisher mindset.
- Learning Agility: High learning agility and the capacity to work autonomously, solve problems, and continuously seek feedback for improvement.
Travel: Up to 20% domestic and international travel is required. A valid passport is necessary for this role.
