Position Summary

The Part-Time Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution across digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
  • Manage and grow company presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging content including posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience insights
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Assist with SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Support product launches, trade shows, promotions, and brand initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with content creation and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • BS degree in Market is a Plus
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in food, tech, or AI-related industries
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and content partnerships
  • Basic video editing skills

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
