Social Media Manager – Your Job Duties
- Own and execute the full social media strategy across all platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Meta
- Build and launch TikTok and TikTok Shop initiatives to drive engagement and social commerce
- Develop and manage influencer marketing programs, including sourcing, activation, and performance tracking
- Create and direct social-first content, including short-form video and real-time event content
- Translate brand, ecommerce, and campaign assets into platform-native storytelling
- Monitor trends, cultural moments, and conversations to position the brand as relevant and timely
- Partner with internal creative, marketing, and leadership teams to align content and campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics including engagement, reach, and social-driven revenue, optimizing strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with paid media teams to test and improve campaign performance
Social Media Manager– You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)
- Prior experience working in-house for a lifestyle, retail, or consumer brand
- Background in building and executing social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms
- Deep understanding of TikTok, including content creation, trends, and TikTok Shop/social commerce
- Adept at managing influencer partnerships and campaigns
- Strong content creation skills including short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Comfort analyzing and reporting on social media performance metrics and campaign optimization
- Creative approach to social-first content and ability to leverage existing content assets in a new and fresh way
- Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and leadership teams
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities
Social Media Manager – Benefits for You
Your compensation for this Social Media Manager / Social Media Lead role will be a base salary around $85,000, with flexibility based on your experience and impact. Medical, dental vision insurance, 401k and paid time off also offered. You will work primarily onsite with flexibility for one remote day per week, giving you access to in-person collaboration while maintaining balance.
Your role includes access to live events, travel opportunities, and hands-on content creation experiences that expand your portfolio and visibility. You will have the support of internal creative resources, including videography and design, allowing you to focus on strategy and execution at a high level.
