Paid Partnerships Lead

We're looking for a Paid Partnerships Lead to own and scale our paid influencer strategy. This role will focus on building high-performing partnerships with creators, driving measurable revenue through paid collaborations, and elevating how we show up across social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Execute Cozy Earth's paid influencer/creator strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Identify, source, and negotiate partnerships with creators that align with brand and performance goals
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, contracting, timelines, and performance tracking
• Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, engagement, conversion)
• Partner closely with Growth Marketing to align paid partnerships with broader acquisition strategy
• Collaborate with Creative teams to guide content direction and ensure high-performing deliverables
• Build and manage relationships with creators, agencies, and platforms
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for scale
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid partnerships, or creator marketing
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and how influencer campaigns drive revenue
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing paid creator relationships
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns
• Deep familiarity with social platforms and creator trends
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
