  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing through platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities; use these insights to refine marketing tactics.
  • Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to reach specific demographics effectively.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through effective public relations efforts.
  • Oversee branding initiatives across all digital touchpoints while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives through engaging content creation and promotional activities.
  • Proofread all marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication; ensure adherence to brand standards.
