Overview We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Media + Influence team to assist in the research, creation, implementation and measurement of social, paid media, influencer marketing and content campaigns. This is an entry-level role, which will support a broad range of clients and industries. The ideal candidate would have an internship or other professional experience in marketing and communications or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency team members and clients to help produce relevant work that meets the needs of both key stakeholders
  • Possesses knowledge and familiarity of research tools and the publications and methodologies to leverage for data gathering and insights development
  • Maintains project schedules and task timing as it relates to project implementation
  • Develops and documents cost estimates for influencers, including contract negotiations
  • Supports front-end and ongoing content development efforts for social and other channels (e.g. topic and influencer identification, calendaring, social publishing)
  • Actively participates in client and new business brainstorms, including providing relevant research or analysis to help guide ideation
  • Works alongside measurement team for logistical support and analysis of programming

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest in marketing related to social media, content marketing, paid media and influencer marketing
  • Passion for marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, and related fields
  • Team-oriented, with an innate ability to understand needs and objectives and manage to expectations and turnaround times
  • Ability to work on several accounts with differing team members across time zones
  • Exemplary follow-through and execution skills
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn and use new tools and resources
  • Excellent and thorough critical thinking skills and capabilities

Compensation In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $45K-55K. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
