Job Overview: The Digital Marketer/Shopify Coordinator at Huge Brands furthers our mission by supporting marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer growth, and increase revenue. You will collaborate cross-functionally to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with Huge Brands and partner growth goals. You will be the primary point of execution between our Sales management, ECommerce partners and operatios. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be highly organized, accountable and results oriented. You’ll need the ability to interact with various personalities while staying focused on positive outcomes.

What You'll Do Day to Day:

  • Marketing Strategy: Support the Sales team to develop, implement, and refine comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve Huge Brands growth goals; drive brand presence and recognition and sales via marketing campaigns and paid/unpaid advertising across various channels: Digital marketing, social media, email marketing, traditional print advertising, news and local events and awards, leveraging influencers, etc.
  • Website & Social Media: Support the Organization to manage Huge Brands’ website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), and blogs; and generate, edit, publish, and share compelling content (text, images, video, HTML) that builds meaningful connections and influences customers to take action.
  • Shopify: Build and Maintain Shopify sites on behalf of Huge Brands and our Ecommerce Partners. Facilitate organized additions, edits and optimization to shopify sites as directed by team and partners. Collaborate with our partners, management and sales team on new product/line ideation, planning and marketing. Collaborate with team to communicate forward inventory and other needs per Shopify site. Ensure deadlines are met and all stakeholders are consistently informed.
  • Market Research: Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends to inform marketing strategies; perform market research to identify customer needs, identify new products, and gain insight on competition
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders; draft press releases, media pitches, and other written materials to communicate key messages and announcements; coordinate media interviews and press events, including preparing spokespeople and managing logistics; and as needed, assist with crisis communications and manage reputation management efforts.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives; Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including advertisements, promotional materials, and website content
  • Perform additional, related duties as needed

What it Takes To Succeed:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the merchandising or promotional products industry
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, public relations, or related field preferred, but not required; or equivalent knowledge & experience
  • Location & Travel: Position works onsite during 8am-5pm business hours; Travel may be occasionally required, as needed to support national tradeshows (5-7 per year)
  • Systems: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software (Hubspot strongly preferred), Google Analytics, and social media management tools. Proficiency in Shopify/Shopify Plus. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
