OVERVIEW

Juggernaut USA is hiring our first dedicated marketing person. We make skid plates and off-road armor in Wheat Ridge, CO and run a full-service 4x4 build shop. Our customers love the product but we've never had someone focused on getting the word out.

You'll own the whole thing — shooting content in the shop, growing social channels, writing blog posts, running ads, and figuring out what works.

ABOUT US

We design and manufacture vehicle-specific skid plates and underbody armor using 3D scans of actual undercarriages — everything is CNC-cut and bolts on with no drilling or welding. We also run a full-service 4x4 shop doing lift kits, bumpers, suspension, lighting, and full builds for Jeeps, trucks, and vans. We've got strong reviews, a loyal customer base, and a lifetime warranty on everything we sell. What we don't have is a marketing presence that reflects how good the product actually is — and that's where this role comes in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content in our shop — builds, installs, product features, and behind-the-scenes shop life. Minimum 3-5 posts per week across platforms.
  • Own and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build community.
  • Write 2-4 blog articles per month targeting off-road and vehicle-specific search terms. Optimize website content for SEO.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns including welcome sequences, promos, and post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and potentially Google with a focus on ROI.
  • Track performance across all channels, report on key metrics monthly, and use data to refine strategy.
  • Participate in off-road forums and Facebook groups. Build relationships with influencers and content creators in the off-road space.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years managing social media and content marketing for a brand, preferably in automotive, outdoor, or e-commerce
  • Strong video and photo skills — comfortable with a camera in a shop environment, can edit for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Solid writing ability for blog posts and social captions that sound human, not corporate
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Shopify analytics is a plus
  • Passion for trucks, off-roading, or the automotive aftermarket
  • Comfortable in a startup environment — this is the first dedicated marketing hire, so you'll be building the playbook, not following one.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base salary: $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience
  • Monthly content budget for gear, props, and collaborations
  • Opportunity to build a marketing function from scratch at a growing company
  • Work in a shop full of cool trucks and off-road builds every day
  • On-site role at our Wheat Ridge shop with flexibility to go off-site for content shoots and events (SEMA, Overland Expo, etc.)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
