Role Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven E-commerce Product Marketing Manager to own and drive digital performance across our website and key marketing channels. This role is highly execution-focused, with end-to-end ownership of product pages, paid media, email marketing, and conversion strategy. You will be responsible for aligning messaging, creative, and performance to drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize product detail pages (Shopify & marketplaces), including product copy, structure, and overall conversion performance
  • Translate technical product specifications into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging
  • Lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and Bing, including campaign execution, creative direction, testing, and ongoing optimization
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing (Klaviyo), including campaign development, automated flows, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with design, SEO, and product teams to develop high-performing campaigns and content
  • Provide direction and feedback on creative assets (images, video, ad creatives) to ensure alignment with brand messaging and conversion goals
  • Drive SEO alignment by partnering on keyword strategy and ensuring effective on-page execution across product and category pages
  • Manage influencer marketing initiatives, including UGC and micro-influencer partnerships
  • Coordinate and execute the marketing content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaigns, social media, promotions, and brand messaging
  • Own website UX/UI optimization, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey and conversion rates
  • Analyze performance data across channels and continuously increase key metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue

QualificationsRequired:

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, product marketing, or conversion-focused marketing
  • 4+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing
  • 4+ years of experience in SEO tactics and fundamentals to increase overall traffic to the website and marketplace product listings
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing using micro influencers for UGC content
  • Proven experience collaborating with design teams to develop marketing creatives (image and video)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with Amazon listings and A+ content
  • Experience in marketing technical or specification-heavy products
  • Experience leading paid ad creative strategy
  • Background or familiarity with the lighting industry

  • Creating a large asset library of marketing videos - from standard product videos to UGC content
  • Measurable revenue growth across channels
  • Efficient execution and continuous optimization of campaigns and content
  • Creating conversion focused action items based on account performance and metrics
