Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback, enabling proactive engagement and reputation management.
- Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and streamline workflow.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms using Facebook Advertising tools to reach specific demographics and optimize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability across digital channels.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate outreach efforts, press releases, and community engagement initiatives that support overall branding goals.
- Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while managing relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets for expanded reach.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools, social media management applications (Hootsuite, Buffer), and advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and video editing skills for multimedia content creation.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to proofread content meticulously while maintaining a lively tone that engages diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of public relations strategies and relationship management practices to foster positive brand perception.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
