Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

About us:

Bolsa Bazaar is a Latino indoor shopping mall offering a unique shopping experience, featuring local vendors, fresh produce, handmade goods, and cultural events. We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to help grow our audience, increase foot traffic, and make our bazaar the go to destination in the community.

Job Description:

-Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)

-Manage content creation, including graphics, photos, videos, and event promotions.

-Collaborate with vendors to highlight products and services.

-Coordinate local advertising, flyers, and community outreach.

-Assist in planning special events, promotions, and seasonal activities.

-Create and manage websites through Wix/Shopify

-Use Google SEO to attract organic traffic.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Ability to create compelling content including videos, photography, blog posts, and visual graphics while maintaining brand voice.
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all communications.
• Strong relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, and community members effectively.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager for executing paid campaigns.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Salary:

$5000/month plus bonus

Pay: $5,000.00 per month
