The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will be at the forefront of creating digital narratives that elevate brand presence and engage audiences across multiple platforms. This role combines creative content creation, strategic planning, and data-driven analysis to drive impactful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity.
  • Manage social media calendars to schedule posts efficiently and maintain a steady flow of engaging content.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; analyze insights with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies.
  • Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and conversions while managing budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to craft press releases, coordinate media outreach, and manage relationship management efforts with influencers and partners.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization of online content; proofread all materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Oversee branding initiatives across digital channels; support e-commerce efforts by integrating marketing campaigns with online sales strategies.
  • Capture high-quality photography and produce engaging video content that aligns with campaign objectives; edit videos using video editing software for polished delivery.

Experience

  • Must have 2-3 years experience in social media and marketing, content creation, photography and photoshop.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms using scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), keyword research, and social listening techniques.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns; experience in web analytics is a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
