We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels. This individual will be responsible for driving mission awareness, audience engagement, and membership growth while also possessing hands-on technical capabilities in iOS and Android app development for a non-profit organization.

The ideal candidate is both a visionary strategist and a tactical executor — someone who can build powerful marketing ecosystems, elevate personal and corporate brands, and develop mobile applications that enhance customer engagement and community building

We are putting together a start-up team for a non-profit forward thinking community organization. This unique leadership role is involved in decision making in the formative stages of all strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy.
  • Define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and continuously optimize performance.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
  • Identify emerging trends, platforms, and growth opportunities.

2. Digital Campaign Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including:
  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Email marketing and automation
  • Influencer and affiliate marketing
  • Content marketing strategies
  • Oversee funnel development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting strategies.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.

3. Personal Brand Management

  • Develop and manage executive or personal brand positioning strategies.
  • Craft thought leadership content including blogs, podcasts, videos, and social media content.
  • Build and maintain a consistent voice across platforms.
  • Grow audience engagement through strategic storytelling and community-building tactics.
  • Manage online reputation and brand perception.

4. Mobile App Development & Integration

  • Design, develop, and deploy iOS and Android mobile applications.
  • Translate marketing objectives into functional mobile experiences.
  • Integrate apps with CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and backend systems.
  • Ensure apps are optimized for performance, UX, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create engaging user interfaces.
  • Manage app store optimization (ASO) to increase visibility and downloads.

5. Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to track performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing.
  • Continuously improve marketing funnels and user journeys based on data.

6. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams.
  • Lead marketing initiatives from ideation through execution.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members or external contractors.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record of building community and driving measurable growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in personal brand development and audience growth.
  • Hands-on experience developing and publishing iOS and Android applications.
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first marketing strategies.
  • Multi-lingual including Arabic, Urdu and / or Bahasa highly desirable.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, social media algorithms, and marketing automation.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C (iOS development).
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java (Android development).
  • Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter or React Native) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with APIs, backend integrations, and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Firebase, etc.).
  • CRM and automation tools experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
