Joiana Jewelry is a San Diego-based jewelry and accessories brand. We create pieces that feel personal, giftable, and collectible, and we've grown a community that genuinely loves what we make. We're founder-led, detail-obsessed, and in the middle of our biggest year yet.

About the role

This role sits inside our creative and marketing world. You'll work directly under our creative lead, supporting the content and community side of the brand - the part that keeps our audience engaged, our platforms alive, and our launches feeling special.

You'll be involved in the work that makes Joiana feel like Joiana — not just posting, but building something consistent and recognizable. Be ready to do a little bit of everything.

What you'll be doing

Content

— Filming and editing short-form video content — product moments, studio vlogs, behind the scenes

— Helping maintain our ongoing vlog series so it stays consistent in format and feel

— Shooting product content when needed with an understanding of our visual brand

— Supporting content scheduling and organization across platforms

Community

— Managing day-to-day engagement across our community platforms — responding, participating, and helping grow the spaces we're building

— Helping coordinate our newsletter sends under creative direction

— Supporting influencer gifting and outreach coordination as needed

Events

— On-site at pop-ups and brand events — capturing content, supporting setup, being present for the brand moment

What we're looking for

— You're comfortable behind a camera and can shoot and edit without needing constant direction

— You understand what makes content feel cohesive

— You're a natural communicator — warm, clear, and able to write in a brand voice

— You notice details. You care about the small things.

— You follow through.

— You're based in San Diego or nearby
