Jr. VIP and Influencer PR Manager

Pull Public Relations , a fast-growing fashion and beauty creative agency based in LA, is looking for a Junior VIP & Influencer Manager who’s chronically online, obsessed with fashion influencers, and always in the know on pop culture. You should have at least a year of internship experience at a fashion PR agency and bring high energy, strong instincts, and a go-getter attitude to everything you do.

This position is a unique opportunity for an individual to bring their individual perspective and creativity to our diverse client roster that includes both small businesses and multi-million dollar brands. We are a young business, and the right candidate can be part of growing Pull Public Relations from the ground up.

Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

• Proactively pitch and liaise with industry contacts to facilitate gifting and loan opportunities, aligning with client targets and brand aesthetics.
• Continuously identify and research relevant influencers and VIPs to expand our database and optimize gifting/loan strategies.
• Support in maintaining and updating the VIP and influencer databases, ensuring new contacts are added weekly.
• Schedule and oversee showroom appointments with top-tier stylists, celebrities, and influencers, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
• Support in coordinating event invitations and contributing to the successful execution of PR events.
• Provide on-the-ground support for showroom activations, launches, and other PR events.
• Manage various administrative tasks, including showroom organization, inventory tracking, and internal reporting.
• Maintain the flow of stock orders and ensure showroom products align with seasonal trends and brand aesthetics.
• Manage a select roster of clients, leading their VIP and influencer initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
