About The Role:
As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our affiliate and creator strategies by managing relationships between brands and creators while also executing across 2-3 client accounts. Working closely with a Senior Account Manager, you’ll collaborate as part of a team, learning best practices, supporting day-to-day execution, and gaining hands-on experience in client management. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within the fast-evolving world of creator commerce and digital marketing, and for a self-starter ready to step up into a client-facing role with mentorship and support.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or advertising
- Highly self motivated, driven and a team player
- Proactive problem solver and active learner
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about social media, influencer marketing and the creator economy
- Analytical thinker and not number-phobic
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Assist on 2-3 client accounts, including ideating and executing campaign strategy and leading client communications, with oversight from Account Managers.
- Support multiple client accounts, developing and managing affiliate marketing strategies, and other creator initiatives.
- Lead in creator sourcing and outreach efforts for multiple clients across varying industries.
- Maintain relationships with brands and creators ensuring the clear communication of key campaign initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to implement creative and strategic solutions that amplify our clients’ success.
- Analyze performance data, contributing to the optimization and growth of campaigns
