The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth through digitally led strategies, campaign execution, and performance optimization across key online channels. The Associate Brand Manager will partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, media, and e-Commerce teams to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that build brand awareness, drive conversion, and increase customer loyalty. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid social, influencer marketing, TikTok, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines brand storytelling with performance digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of digital-first brand strategies and campaigns across paid social (Meta, YouTube), TikTok, influencer marketing, Amazon, and e-commerce channels
Lead and coordinate end-to-end campaign development, including briefing, creative development, launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
Translate brand strategy into high-performing digital content and messaging tailored to each platform
Partner with media and analytics teams to analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities and optimize performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon, with a focus on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
Support brand presence and performance across Amazon and other digital selling platforms, including product listings, content, and promotional strategies
Stay up to date on emerging digital platforms, trends, and best practices
Support the Bilingual Digital Brands Manager in executing brand plans, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
Maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all digital and offline channels
Coordinate with creative, production, and media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns
Support the Bilingual Digital Brands Manager to reach financial objectives and goals. Assist with financial analysis for multiple brands and portfolio evaluations.
Assist in managing brand calendars, timelines, and deliverables
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, English, marketing, media communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of the full marketing mix, including experience with planning, management, execution, and measurement of all forms of digital media: search, social, display, video, mobile, and email.
- Proven experience executing campaigns across digital channels (paid social, search, display, influencer, and/or eCommerce)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Experience using the following technologies: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Marketing Services, Microsoft Ads, SEM Rush, Sprout Social, (Sellics, Dotdigital, and YotPo,) is a plus.
- Background in D2C CPG products and/or healthcare and the supplement industry a plus.
- Meta, Google, or a digital marketing certification a plus.
- Advanced Google Analytics certification a plus.
