Social Media Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Manager, Social Media for a dynamic and growing consumer-focused organization. This is a hybrid role based in Monroe, CT, with 100% onsite required for the first 90 days, followed by a 3 days onsite / 2 days remote schedule.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Manager, Social Media will lead the strategy and execution of social media initiatives designed to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall business impact. This role combines creative content development with performance-driven analysis to optimize results across platforms. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on contributor who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
• Manage daily social media activity across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content that reflects brand voice and drives engagement
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content strategy
• Partner with internal teams to support campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives
• Foster community engagement and identify influencer collaboration opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns
• Strong knowledge of current social platforms, trends, and content best practices
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to brand voice

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 – $110,000 + full benefits
