About the Company

NOCD is an award-winning digital health company focused on identifying people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and managing them using evidence-based treatment. OCD affects over 181 million people globally and is ranked by the World Health Organization as one of the top 10 most disabling conditions. Despite this, over 90% of people with OCD are unable to access effective care due to stigma and misdiagnosis—earning it the nickname “the secret illness.” NOCD is solving this global problem by identifying OCD patients online and managing them using our evidence-based OCD treatment platform. Members can access licensed mental health professionals with specialized training in OCD, receive video-based teletherapy, and engage with tech-enabled tools and moderated communities for continuous support. Today, NOCD manages the largest community of OCD patients in the world—and we’re just getting started. NOCD is part of Noto, a new mental health platform focused on expanding access to specialized, evidence-based care across multiple conditions. In addition to supporting NOCD, this role will also contribute to the growth of Rebound, our specialized therapy program for trauma disorders.

  • Collaborate with paid media and content teams to amplify campaigns and execute integrated brand activations across TV, digital, and social channels.
  • Define and track success metrics for influencer and partnership campaigns while analyzing campaign performance and audience insights to optimize future partnerships and brand strategy and measure ROI.
