JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will provide essential support for our marketing and e-commerce initiatives within the fine jewelry industry. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, a genuine eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will assist with the daily operations and core functions of the Marrow marketing team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Coordinator will assist our marketing team with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Organizing and managing marketing assets
  • Supporting e-commerce at the product level (product setup, management, merchandising)
  • Writing longer-form blog content
  • Managing Pinterest and staying current on platform trends
  • Assisting with community management and influencer partnerships
  • Collaborating with the team on campaign and launch-specific content
  • Assisting with inventory pulls from showrooms for PR and marketing needs
  • Providing general social media and marketing support as needed

Location: Onsite weekdays in Del Mar, CA

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related role (consumer, fashion, or luxury preferred)
  • Strong follow-through with the ability to manage projects independently and see them through
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in Shopify at a product and merchandising level
  • Experience managing or contributing to brand social channels (Pinterest a plus)
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for longer-form content
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Curious, resourceful, and willing to figure things out without hand-holding
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Familiarity with influencer or community management
  • Interest in fine jewelry, fashion, or design-driven brands

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Full-time, $65,000 annual non-exempt salary
  • Healthcare benefits (majority of premium is employer paid)
