Role Overview
The Digital Marketing & Content Intern will support efforts to build national awareness of the Faithwork brand through engaging and creative digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a weekly social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts — producing at minimum 4–5 posts per week per platform with content tailored to the faith and young adult Christian audience
- Produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that showcases Faithwork events, testimonials, platform features, and faith-lifestyle messaging — with a goal of reaching 100K+ organic impressions monthly within 90 days
- Design promotional graphics, story templates, and event marketing assets using Canva, Adobe, or Figma that align with Faithwork's brand identity and drive event click-throughs
- Build and manage a monthly email newsletter to a growing subscriber list, including event spotlights, platform updates, and faith-lifestyle editorial content — optimizing for open rate and conversion to platform sign-ups
- Track and report on content performance weekly using platform analytics (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Mailchimp) and use data to iterate on content strategy for maximum growth
- Support paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) by creating ad creatives and A/B testing copy — contributing to a user acquisition funnel targeting 5,000 registered users within 6 months
- Collaborate with the Creator & Influencer Partnerships team to amplify influencer content and co-promotions across Faithwork's owned channels
Impact
- Drives brand awareness and top-of-funnel user acquisition — the most scalable path to 5,000 users
- Creates a content library that supports every other team's outreach, partnerships, and event promotion efforts
- Establishes Faithwork's voice and visual identity as a premium, culturally relevant faith-lifestyle brand
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated portfolio of social media content — specifically short-form video and graphics — ideally within the faith, lifestyle, wellness, or cultural space
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in a voice that is spiritually resonant, culturally relevant, and compelling to a 18–35 Christian audience
- Working knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO for content, and email marketing best practices
- Data-driven mindset — you look at analytics weekly and adjust accordingly, not just create for creativity's sake
