About the Opportunity

A successful and rapidly growing multi-unit restaurant group is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Manager to lead and execute a high-impact, multi-channel content strategy across several brands and concepts.

This is not a role for a single-platform content creator or influencer. We’re looking for a strategic marketing professional with a strong academic foundation and a proven track record of building, managing, and optimizing content across multiple digital channels and business units.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead comprehensive digital content strategies across multiple restaurant concepts
  • Align content initiatives with brand positioning, revenue goals, and guest acquisition strategies
  • Oversee content calendars across web, email, social, and paid channels

Multi-Channel Marketing Leadership

  • Drive performance across platforms including web, email marketing, social media, and paid digital campaigns
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute campaigns at scale

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and conversion data to refine strategies
  • Leverage data to inform content decisions and continuously improve ROI
  • Manage A/B testing, SEO/SEM alignment, and digital funnel optimization

Brand & Growth Initiatives

  • Support new store openings, promotions, and brand initiatives with targeted content strategies
  • Identify opportunities to expand digital presence and customer engagement
  • Stay ahead of trends while maintaining a disciplined, results-driven approach

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field ( required )
  • 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing or content strategy (multi-unit or multi-brand experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns across multiple brands or business units
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and analytics platforms
  • Experience working within structured marketing environments—not solely as an independent content creator or influencer
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
