About the Opportunity

We are hiring an On-Camera UGC & Personal Brand Content Assistant to support in-office content creation for a rapidly growing personal brand and media business.

This role works directly with Roy Kirchner during filming sessions, short-form content production, and podcast-style interviews.

This is not a passive role. You will be actively involved in content execution, and at times, you may also be on camera helping guide conversations, ask questions, and participate in interview-style content.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Capture short-form video content (iPhone-based filming)
• Assist with framing, angles, and basic lighting awareness
• Support fast-paced filming sessions and content flow
• Help organize and manage recorded content
• Participate in on-camera content when needed
• Ask engaging questions in podcast-style or interview settings
• Assist in executing content strategies across platforms

Requirements

• Must be local to Tampa Bay (Odessa, FL)
• Must be available in person (no remote work)
• Weekend availability required
• Early morning availability required
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Comfortable both behind the camera and on camera

Compensation & Details

• Part-Time (5–10 hours per week)
• Contract / Internship / Freelance structure
