Position Overview

Proficient in building, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns across all major platforms, with a focus on driving measurable growth.

  • This role goes beyond content scheduling. The ideal candidate understands how to turn social media into a performance-driven marketing channel by combining strong content planning, paid social advertising, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Social Media Management

-Develop and manage content calendars.

-Schedule and publish social media content across platforms including:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Coordinate with internal teams including:
  • Videographer
  • Graphic designers
  • Copywriter
  • Help plan, direct, and support content creation when needed.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social channels.

Paid Social Advertising

  • Manage Meta Ads Manager campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Build and optimize paid campaigns designed to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Create and manage:
  • Prospecting campaigns
  • Retargeting campaigns
  • Lookalike audiences
  • Engagement audiences
  • Test creative variations, audiences, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets and optimize for performance.

Audience Growth & Optimization

  • Build and manage social media audiences through targeted content and advertising.
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as:
  • Engagement rates
  • Click-through rates
  • Conversion rates
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Continuously test and refine strategies to improve results.

Conversion Tracking & Pixel Management

  • Manage and verify tracking systems including:
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion tracking
  • retargeting audience creation
  • Ensure website events such as purchases, add-to-cart actions, and conversions are properly tracked.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are accurately measured.

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to:
  • Comments
  • Direct messages
  • Community engagement
  • Identify opportunities for engagement and brand interaction.
  • Communicate with creators, customers, and followers when needed.

Influencer & Creator Collaboration

  • Identify and coordinate with relevant creators or influencers when appropriate.
  • Manage product seeding, collaborations, and social partnerships.
  • Support user-generated content initiatives and brand campaigns.

Campaign Development

  • Propose new social media campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Support product launches and marketing promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative social media strategies.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track social media and paid advertising performance.
  • Provide monthly reports including:
  • Audience growth
  • Engagement performance
  • Ad campaign results
  • Conversion metrics
  • Identify trends and adjust strategies based on data.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years experience managing social media for brands or agencies
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience running paid social campaigns focused on conversions
  • Familiarity with audience targeting and retargeting strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
  • Experience working with consumer brands or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and tracking systems
