About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, creative Apartment Social Ambassador to elevate our community experience through social media, outreach marketing, resident engagement, and concierge‑level service. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys creating content that brings a community to life.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Capture photos and videos showcasing amenities, events, and resident life
• Respond to comments and messages while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Track analytics and adjust content strategy to improve engagement

Outreach & Marketing

• Build partnerships with local businesses and influencers
• Represent the property at community events and networking opportunities
• Support leasing and marketing campaigns through creative outreach efforts

Resident Engagement & Retention

• Plan and host resident events that build community
• Maintain a friendly, visible presence throughout the property
• Assist with newsletters, announcements, and resident communication

Concierge & Guest Services

• Provide exceptional service to residents and guests
• Assist with packages, amenity reservations, and general inquiries
• Support move‑ins with welcome experiences and follow‑up

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of social media management or content creation experience
• Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media degree seekers are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, organized, and proactive mindset
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23 – 32 per week
