Own the end‑to‑end customer experience on store.Mopar.com—from landing page through checkout and home delivery—and lead the integrated marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels. Drive growth across direct eCommerce and Marketplace channels while elevating dealership‑facing experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

Map key journeys (discover fitment PDP cart* delivery) and remove friction via UX, content, and merchandising improvements.

  • Own site content strategy: landing pages, category/PDP storytelling, compatibility guidance, install notes, and warranty messaging.
  • Lead campaign planning and integrated media: SEO/SEM, paid social, retail media (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, eBay Ads), email/SMS, affiliate, and influencer.
  • Define CRM and lifecycle programs (welcome, browse/cart abandonment, win‑back, service reminders); segment audiences via CDP/CRM.
  • Optimize on‑site search, recommendations, ratings & reviews/UGC, and promotions to increase conversion and AOV.
  • Partner with Operations/Logistics to improve delivery transparency, returns, and post‑purchase communications (NPS/CSAT).
  • Lead dealer‑facing communications and enablement (co‑op marketing, playbooks, asset kits) to strengthen channel performance.
  • Run experimentation (A/B and multivariate) and creative testing; set targets for CVR, CTR, ROAS, CAC/LTV.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, accessibility, privacy, and claims substantiation; maintain the marketing calendar.
