Brand Marketing Specialist (Contract) Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Pay Rate: $45/hr on W2

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of brand initiatives that drive growth and maximize market share. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and help execute marketing programs, campaigns, and brand strategies that support overall business objectives.

This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced consumer brand environment , managing multiple projects, and contributing to marketing campaigns from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of brand plans and marketing programs that drive business growth
  • Manage multiple brand projects and ensure they are delivered on time and in full
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Packaging, Finance, Sourcing, and Manufacturing
  • Support seasonal merchandising programs, product launches, and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage consumers
  • Create and manage monthly social media calendars
  • Support influencer marketing initiatives and content briefs
  • Assist with PR and brand communication plans
  • Analyze marketing and e-commerce performance and provide recommendations to improve results
  • Review competitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain brand website content and support digital marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing programs, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics or social media tools is a plus
