Job Overview
The Tenpenny Collection is a growing real estate brokerage focused on elevated service, strong relationships, and thoughtful marketing. This role exists to execute consistent, original short-form video content that accurately reflects our brand, supports listing exposure, and strengthens our digital presence before paid advertising is introduced.

This is a hands-on content creation role. You will be responsible for capturing original footage, editing short-form content, procuring stills, and publishing across The Tenpenny Collection’s social platforms. The goal is to ensure our online presence reflects the scale, professionalism, and quality of the business we are building.

The role is a behind-the-scenes role SHINING the spotlight on the Brand, its Agents, and Properties. This role is not an influencer position, internship, or passive scheduling role.

This role supports The Tenpenny Collection’ social strategy to

1. Strengthen our market position by highlighting our brand of agents and our properties

2. Grow brand perception

3. Deepen consumer connection with our content {ie comments & shares, organic engagement)

Duties

Content Creation

• Capture & create original vertical video content for social media (short-form video & stories)
• Ensure consistency in visual style, tone and brand voice across all platforms
• Film on-site at listings, in-office, and select events as needed, representing the brand on-site for real-time coverage and impactful engagement
• Using provided photography, create carousels and photo graphics that reflects The Tenpenny Collection brand image
• Coordinate with agents to schedule access to properties for filming
• Ensure content reflects The Tenpenny Collection’s brand image, tone, and aesthetic standards
• Batch content intentionally to support consistent posting

Editing & Publishing

• Edit short-form video optimized for Instagram, Youtube Shorts and Facebook
• Create on-brand reel thumbnails
• Write captions and copy that are on-brand, engaging, and optimized for reach and engagement
• Source appropriate music, hashtags, and tags
• Schedule posts and maintain a consistent content cadence
• Repurpose content across platforms where appropriate

Engagement & Cadence

• Post daily stories (original or reshared content)
• Light engagement with followers, vendors, and local accounts
• Maintain a working content calendar that aligns with active and upcoming listings
• Ensure listings are rotated fairly and intentionally across posts
• Respond to DM’s/PM’s, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally. All client inquiries should be routed to leadership.
• Engage on The Tenpenny Collection agents posts from the The Tenpenny Collection account to support theirs & our visibility.

Minimum weekly output:

• One story per day (original or reshared content)
• Two reels per week
• One carousel per week

Experience

• Has experience building social media presence for small or growing businesses
• Has experience working with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Mailchimp, Youtube & Google
• Has a proven track record creating short-form content that outperforms follower count
• Applicants will be asked to provide a portfolio or work samples of social media deliverables
• Is comfortable filming, editing, and posting independently
• Understands how to balance trends with brand integrity
• Works well within clear expectations and boundaries
• Must be based in or able to travel throughout the Tampa Bay area

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
