Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategist, Brand Engagement to architect and execute our holistic social media presence. You will be the primary owner of our social ecosystem, responsible for building brand equity through organic storytelling while simultaneously driving performance through targeted paid campaigns.

The ideal candidate understands that social media is a unified funnel; you know how to turn a viral organic moment into a high-converting paid acquisition loop. You will work in tight synchronization with the Growth Strategist to ensure our social discovery efforts are fueling search intent and overall digital scaling.

Core Responsibilities

  • Integrated Social Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of all social channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). You are responsible for both the daily organic posting/community management and the technical build of paid campaign structures.
  • Discovery-to-Search Orchestration: Partner daily with the Sr. Growth Strategist to ensure social efforts are fueling the broader funnel. You will coordinate to ensure that social awareness is driving branded search volume, and that audience data is shared across platforms for smarter retargeting.
  • Full-Funnel Paid Social Management: Architect and manage paid social campaigns from "Awareness" (Video Views/Engagement) to "Conversion" (DPA/Catalog Sales). You own the budget pacing, bid optimizations, and the execution of ad builds.
  • Organic Narrative & Community Growth through Influencer Marketing: Develop and execute an organic content calendar that elevates the brand’s voice. You are responsible for growing our follower base, increasing engagement rates, and identifying trending "real-time" opportunities that align with our brand identity.
  • Performance Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative team to brief and iterate on "social-first" content. You will use paid data to inform organic creative decisions and vice versa, ensuring we are producing high-impact assets that convert.
  • Testing & Platform Innovation: Own the social testing roadmap. You will design and execute A/B tests for ad copy, creative formats, and landing pages.
  • Social Analytics & Holistic Reporting: Standardize reporting that looks at "Total Social" health. You will translate social engagement metrics and paid conversion data into clear business outcomes, demonstrating how social engagement contributes to the overall growth mix.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • You are equally comfortable writing a witty organic caption as you are building a complex Prospecting/Retargeting stack in Meta Ads Manager.
  • You live on social media and have a "gut feel" for what will perform, but you back that intuition up with rigorous data analysis in Excel.
  • You thrive in a cross-functional environment. You proactively share insights with the SEO and Growth teams because you understand how social "halos" affect the rest of the business.
  • Thrives on technical execution and strategic mentorship.

Work Experience

  • 3+ years in Digital Media; Agency experience a plus.
  • Experience in using 3 rd party tools for reporting, such as Google Analytics, Adobe, Excel.
  • Retail experience a plus.
