THE OPPORTUNITY
Build the community before the brand scales.
This is a ground-floor role on a brand at its most critical moment. You will shape how Essato & Co. shows up online, before launch, at launch, and as we grow. You will work alongside a full-service marketing agency who will give guidance. Your job is to bring the content, the creativity, and the community connections that make practitioners stop scrolling.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Content. Community. Craft.
- Social Content Creation: Develop compelling pre-launch and ongoing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and more.
- Video & Photography: Capture on-site content that reflects the brand's elevated aesthetic. You are comfortable behind the camera and understand what performs on social.
- Influencer Program Management: Assist with Identifying, vetting, and building genuine relationships with practitioners who embody our standards.
- Community Management: Build and engage our growing audience post-launch. Respond with care. Foster real conversation. Recognise the practitioners who notice the difference.
- Agency Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing agency following their posting and editing guidelines, while driving the creative content pipeline from inception.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who notices the difference.
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or product - fashion, lifestyle, or healthcare background a plus
- Strong video and photography skills
- Hands-on influencer outreach and relationship management experience
- Community management experience - experience growing an engaged, loyal audience from scratch
- Ability to work within brand guidelines and collaborate with a creative agency
- Self-starter mindset, you manage a content calendar, meet deadlines, and bring considered ideas to the table
- Local to Fulton, MD - on-site availability required for shoots and brand content days, min 1-2 days per week

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
