About the job
About iKamper
iKamper is a global leader in the overlanding industry, driven by a mission to help people connect with nature and create meaningful experiences outdoors. With products distributed in over 30 countries and continued expansion in North America, we are focused on building a high-performing, scalable wholesale channel supported by strong partnerships and operational excellence.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing iKamper’s brand presence across events, social channels, partnerships, and broader marketing initiatives, with clear ownership over how the brand shows up outside of paid marketing.
This role focuses on planning and executing events, managing day-to-day social activity, and supporting influencer and partnership initiatives. You’ll work closely with the ecommerce and marketing lead to support campaigns and product launches, while owning execution across your areas.
This role is expected to proactively manage projects, solve problems, and ensure consistent execution across marketing channels, not just support them. Internally, you’ll partner with marketing, operations, and Korea HQ to keep initiatives moving forward.

4. Campaign Execution & Marketing Support
- Support execution of marketing campaigns and product launches
- Coordinate with internal teams and Korea HQ on marketing needs
- Help manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across projects
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with ecommerce, operations, and marketing to support broader initiatives
- Help ensure alignment across teams and follow through on key projects
Priorities may shift seasonally, with heavier focus on events during peak periods and broader marketing support during off-season months.

- Events are well-organized, on time, and executed smoothly, with strong customer engagement
- Social channels are active, responsive, and reflect the brand consistently
