PR Specialist (Bilingual: English/Mandarin)

Chao.S PR is a boutique international public relations and marketing agency based in New York, specializing in lifestyle, F&B, beauty, and global brand expansion.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented PR Specialist to support client communication, social media management, and community engagement across multiple brand accounts.

This role requires strong execution ability, responsiveness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibility:

• Support daily communication with clients and partners via email, WeChat, Slack / Lark, and meetings
• Manage and maintain brand social media accounts (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Google, Yelp, etc.)
• Monitor comments, messages, and community feedback, and respond in a timely and brand-appropriate tone
• Assist with influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and posting schedules
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure all client updates are synced and documented
• Maintain project progress in internal systems (Lark / Notion / Google Drive/Canva)
• Assist in event preparation, brand activations, and sponsorship projects when needed
• Support content planning, posting calendar updates, and reporting
• Help ensure all client communication is aligned with brand guidelines and agency standards

You must be:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years experience in PR, social media, marketing, or agency environment preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a must as well)
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Google Business, Yelp, etc.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
• Experience with Lark / Notion / Google Workspace/Canva is a plus

Salary Range: $18-$20/hour depends on the capability;
