Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Mandarin TikTok Project Intern for a full-time, on-site position based in our New York, NY office. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing TikTok marketing strategies targeted at Mandarin-speaking audiences. Day-to-day tasks include researching trends, managing and creating engaging content, collaborating with creators, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to creative brainstorming sessions. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality output and strategic alignment across campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in coordinating TikTok influencers participating in the TikTok Go program
• Support creator check-ins at hotels and experience locations across NYC
• Work with the mentor and team to help facilitate short-form video production
• Help ensure creators complete required content deliverables
• Provide on-site support during creator activations and events
• Assist with basic project coordination and communication with creators

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Currently enrolled in a college or university or fresh graduate
• Available at least 3 days per week
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with influencers
• A people person who enjoys working in fast-paced environments
• Interest in TikTok, influencer marketing, or creator economy
