We’re not a big corporate machine and we don’t want to be. We are a tight-knit, neighborhood-rooted cannabis dispensary and craft brand built on passion, creativity, and community. We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is excited to think outside the box and grow with a small business that feels more like a family.

As our CMO, you’ll be the creative and strategic force behind how our brand shows up in the world. From grassroots buzz to polished campaigns, you’ll lead the charge in building a brand that feels authentic and elevated… while driving real revenue and growth.
You won’t just manage marketing—you’ll shape our identity, energy, and the future of our brand.
- Dream up and execute bold, creative marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth
- Shape and elevate our brand identity, staying true to our boutique, craft cannabis roots
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and community channels
- Oversee and improve website development, performance, and user experience
- Own SEO strategy and Google presence to increase visibility and traffic
- Build a strong, authentic, and engaging social media presence
- Launch guerrilla marketing initiatives that get people talking
- Create meaningful collaborations with brands, creatives, vendors, and influencers
- Partner with advertising platforms and publications to expand reach
- Bring fresh, creative energy to in-store marketing, promotions, and vendor activations
- Stay ahead of market trends and turn insights into action
- Develop brand awareness strategies that connect retail and cultivation
- Build and nurture vendor and community partnerships
- Continuously test, learn, and refine strategies to maximize sales and ROI
- A creative thinker with a strategic mindset—you can dream big and execute
- Experienced in senior marketing leadership (CMO, Head of Marketing, or similar)
- Strong in SEO, digital marketing, and brand building
- Passionate about storytelling, culture, and creating memorable brand experiences
- Comfortable in a small business environment where you wear multiple hats
- A collaborator who values relationships, community, and team energy
- Excited about cannabis and aligned with a boutique, craft approach
- Driven by results, with a focus on growth, revenue, and impact
- You’ll be part of a small, family-style team where your ideas actually shape the business
