Position Overview

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in ensuring consistency across our products, services, and brand. This role relies on self-guided research to understand our target audiences and translate insights into strategies that drive brand differentiation and loyalty through thoughtfully planned and well-executed marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including retail, digital, social, web, print, and events. The Marketing Manager partners closely with internal teams such as Trade, eCommerce, and Product Development, as well as external partners to ensure campaigns are effective and aligned. This role is responsible for developing engaging product marketing strategies and content that achieve performance targets while staying on budget. Success in this position requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to clearly convey the value of the products and services being promoted.

Key Responsibilities

· Bring the brand's DNA to life across all consumer touchpoints ensuring consistency of brand voice & tone

· Perform ongoing analysis of brand performance, competitors, and category to identify opportunities to accelerate the growth of the brands

· Support the planning, developing, and implementing of product marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and product launches

· Work closely with Product Development to identify product gaps and opportunities

· Work on innovative product concepts, product brief, benchmark analysis, product research, full marketing mix (including product name, pricing), marketing presentation and launch deck

· Write all packaging copy and descriptions for any newly developed products

· Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns including new product launches, and strategic brand campaigns

· Develop retailer promotional programs, events, and calendar

· Develop promotional Kits / bundles following margins guideline and analyze performances

· Develop sampling programs, promotions, and collaborate with the Director on Partnerships to serve all channels and partners

· Create retailer meeting preparation and deck creation, including bi-annual Market meetings

· Develop productive retailer assortments including all pertinent setup files

· Operate within the retailer defined marketing budget

· Lead the creation of retailer planograms and secondary placement fixtures

· Act as the main point person for retailers and retail service providers, participate in all calls, and own the internal communication

· Manage all retailer requests for marketing campaigns, and all assets including digital

· Lead retailer product page management from seasonal new launch updates to ongoing maintenance and optimization

· Develop and manage the product marketing calendar

· Ideate new concepts for brand events (influencer, retail, community) and oversee the run-of-show, budgeting, and implementation to ensure event objectives are met

· Track and manage all press mentions and assist with brand collaborations

· Work closely with Copywriter to ensure maintain quality, consistency, and brand voice

Qualifications

· +5-7 years of marketing experience

· Bachelor’s degree is a bonus (Marketing, Communications, Management, etc.)

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

· Exceptional communication and writing skills

· Thorough understanding of the marketing mix and market research methods

· Creative and innovative mindset

· Well-organized and detail oriented

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
