Position Overview

The Digital Marketing & Commercial Coordinator supports the hotel’s commercial, marketing, and digital strategies by providing day-to-day coordination across digital marketing, social media, public relations, and commercial initiatives. This role works closely with the Commercial Director, the Director of Public Relations & Marketing, and the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure alignment and seamless execution of campaigns that drive revenue, brand awareness, engagement, and market share.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, data savvy, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across display, paid social, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Assist with the management of website and mobile app content updates, photography, landing pages, and promotional messaging.
  • Manage and ensure up-to-date information on hotel and partner websites
  • Monitor online performance metrics (traffic, conversion, engagement) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies and brand partners to support campaign deliverables.
  • Support shopping cart amenities and experiences, including F&B offers and culinary classes.

Social Media & Content

  • Support the development of monthly social media content calendars.
  • Assist with capturing day-to-day content across the hotel, including promotions, activations, and organic moments for use across marketing and social channels.
  • Assist with drafting copy, sourcing imagery, and coordinating photography or video shoots as needed.
  • Monitor social channels for engagement, brand mentions, and guest inquiries.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations including vetting inquiries, contract coordination, and content delivery.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Assist with PR initiatives, including press releases, media visits, and editorial submissions.
  • Coordinate media stays, requests, itineraries, and follow-up.
  • Assist with maintaining updated media lists, press kits, and asset libraries.
  • Support reputation management, including monitoring and responding to guest reviews (Tripadvisor, Google, OTAs) under established brand guidelines.
  • Manage hotel communications including reader boards, in-room TVs, and print collateral
  • Weekly summary of press coverage for internal distribution

Commercial & Programming Support

  • Support the Commercial Director in preparing presentations, performance reports, and business review materials.
  • Assist with coordinating promotions, packages, and on-property activations.
  • Help manage partnerships, sponsorships, and local business relationships.
  • Process POs, deliveries, and timely submission of invoices.
  • Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
  • Provided coverage for Sales and Catering Coordinators as needed, including, receiving and responding to incoming emails/phone calls to the Sales Department in accordance with Four Seasons Standards.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Catering, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Operations to gather content, understand priorities, and support revenue driving initiatives.
  • Support internal communication efforts around commercial and marketing programs.
  • Ensure brand compliance across all F&B marketing materials and menus; secure required approvals from PR & Marketing.
  • The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality marketing, PR, or similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, and basic design or editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
  • Comfortable with reporting and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
