About the Role:

Illumni Castle is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition, conversion strategy, retention optimization, and revenue growth across subscription-based digital brands and creator-led social media ecosystems.

This role is for a high-performance operator who understands internet culture, growth systems, creator monetization, social platform algorithms, and how to turn attention into scalable recurring revenue. You will work directly with leadership to design and execute growth strategy across audience development, funnel optimization, retention, paid and organic acquisition, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Own growth strategy across creator-led digital subscription brands

Scale customer acquisition across Instagram, X, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels

Improve subscriber conversion, retention, upsells, and overall revenue performance

Develop and test growth funnels, landing flows, offer structures, and content positioning

Analyze social media algorithm shifts and adapt strategy quickly

Build reporting systems for CAC, LTV, churn, retention, and campaign performance

Collaborate with creative, operations, and sales teams to align growth execution

Identify new revenue opportunities, audience segments, and expansion channels

Lead experimentation across organic growth, paid traffic, affiliate partnerships, and lifecycle marketing

Recruit and manage additional marketing talent or vendors as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital subscriptions, creator economy, or direct response marketing

Strong understanding of social media creators, creator monetization, and social platform algorithms

Demonstrated history of scaling revenue, subscriptions, or digital customer acquisition

Experience with high-velocity testing, analytics, attribution, and funnel optimization

Highly strategic and highly execution-oriented

Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-accountability environments

Strong communication, leadership, and operational thinking

Bachelor’s degree preferred; exceptional candidates with elite performance records are strongly encouraged to apply

Preferred Background:

Experience working with creator brands, fan platforms, premium content businesses, influencer ecosystems, media brands, or digital membership products

Experience owning revenue or growth targets rather than only brand marketing

Experience building systems from scratch and operating with founder-level intensity
