Talent Coordinator (Food Creators)

Vertical Talent is a modern tech powered talent agency representing some of the most influential food creators on the internet. Our creators reach tens of millions of viewers every month through cooking content, family food videos, and viral recipes across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

We work closely with leading brands to build meaningful creator partnerships and long-term ambassador relationships.

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator based in New York City to work directly with our Head Food Agent and support a growing roster of food creators. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the creator economy and ultimately wants to represent food talent themselves one day.

You will play a critical role in helping manage brand partnerships, coordinating campaigns, and help built our proprietary tech tools.

This is a fast-paced role with significant growth potential for someone who wants to build a long-term career in talent representation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Food and their roster across day-to-day creator partnerships
• Coordinate brand campaigns from contract stage through campaign completion
• Manage timelines for content approvals, posting schedules, and deliverables
• Communicate with brands, agencies, and creators to ensure campaigns run smoothly
• Track campaign details including usage rights, exclusivity terms, and posting requirements
• Coordinate product shipments, travel logistics, and brand events when applicable
• Assist in preparing pitch materials and proposals for brand partnerships
• Help maintain internal campaign trackers and deal documentation

• Passion for food content and cooking creators
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working with high-volume email communication and tight deadlines
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks

Experience

Preferred but not required:

• Experience working at a talent agency, management firm, influencer agency, or PR agency
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or brand partnerships
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator analytics tools

Location:

This role is New York City based. The coordinator will work closely with the Head Food Agent and should be available for occasional in-person meetings, shoots, or events. Candidates with strong organizational ability and interest in talent representation will be considered even if they do not come directly from an agency background.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually B.O.E.
