Dint+ is a next-generation social app that combines chat, AI, music, and People Nearby into one platform—helping users discover what’s happening around them and connect in real life.

We are currently launching in key cities like Los Angeles and looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive growth, content, and brand awareness.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead social media growth, content strategy, and user acquisition.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with the founder and play a key part in scaling the app.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Dint+ social media (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Create and execute viral content strategies
  • Work with influencers and creators
  • Drive user acquisition and engagement
  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns in Los Angeles
  • Analyze performance and optimize growth strategies
  • Develop creative campaigns around nightlife, fitness, AI, and local discovery

Requirements

  • Experience in social media marketing, growth, or content creation
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and viral content
  • Ability to execute quickly in a startup environment
  • Based in Los Angeles (or willing to work in-person)
  • Passion for tech, social apps, and consumer products

Bonus

  • Experience working with influencers

  • Familiarity with apps like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, or similar platforms
