Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Manage A High Volume Nightclub including 4 departments- Entertainment, Beverage, Hosts, and Security.
- Execute paid and unpaid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads to target specific audiences and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and creative departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign success, website traffic, and conversion rates; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships.
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency by working with our partners.
- Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns that support product launches or promotional events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and social media innovations.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Cash Handling
- Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms including Facebook Advertising; ability to optimize ad spend effectively.
- Being a Leader not a Boss
- Strong relationship management skills to build partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and stakeholders.
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with branding standards.
- Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics or similar tools to refine marketing strategies continuously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,249.64 - $75,902.79 per year
