Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Event & Partnership Manager to lead brand activations, partnerships, and influencer engagement across key U.S. markets. This role will focuses exclusively on the brand to accelerate our retail expansion and investment in the U.S. market. You will build brand awareness, drive store traffic, and create meaningful partnerships that elevate the brand's presence within luxury lifestyle communities.
The role reports to the U.S. marketing leadership team while working closely with the global communication team in Italy. Recent expansion includes new retail locations in New York and San Francisco, with upcoming stores planned in Boston, Chicago, Short Hills (NJ), and additional markets nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute brand events, store openings, and activations that increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Manage full event timelines, budgets, and logistics from concept through execution.
- Create unique in-store experiences designed to introduce new audiences to the brand.
Partnership Development
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, private clubs, and influential lifestyle venues.
- Build local collaborations tailored to each city where the company is expanding.
- Leverage partnerships to host curated events and brand experiences.
PR & Influencer Engagement
- Develop relationships with stylists, PR contacts, influencers, and local tastemakers.
- Coordinate collaborations with key personalities who can help amplify the brand.
- Serve as the main liaison between the U.S. market and the brand's global communication team in Italy.
Market Launch Strategy
- Travel to new markets ahead of store openings to conduct research and identify local opportunities.
- Evaluate the local fashion, lifestyle, and influencer landscape to inform marketing initiatives.
- Build community awareness leading up to and following store launches.
Brand Growth & Visibility
- Develop a 360° brand activation approach that drives traffic to stores and introduces the brand to new customers.
- Execute strategic initiatives that support the company's aggressive U.S. growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in luxury marketing, events, PR, or partnerships.
- Experience working with premium or luxury fashion brands strongly preferred.
- Strong network of industry contacts including stylists, influencers, PR professionals, and lifestyle partners.
- Proven ability to plan and execute high-profile events and brand activations.
- Comfortable representing a luxury brand in high-touch environments.
- Ability to work closely with international teams and global leadership.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
