The Talent Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution, growth, and operational excellence of the Talent Management business. This role partners closely with Talent Managers and senior leadership to manage day-to-day talent operations while contributing to broader business initiatives, including talent development, monetization strategy, and new talent identification.
In addition to core coordination responsibilities, this role is designed to build foundational capabilities in talent representation, including sourcing emerging talent, supporting deal execution, and contributing to revenue-generating opportunities. The Talent Coordinator is expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, sound judgment, and discretion in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 B.O.E.

Talent & Business Operations
- Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to Talent Managers and their talent roster.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across talent, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update internal systems, including talent trackers, deal pipelines, and campaign status reports.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand Partnerships, Product, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Support invoice processing, revenue tracking, and coordination with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Talent Representation Support & Development
- Assist in the day-to-day management of talent relationships, including communication, coordination, and career development support.
- Contribute to talent strategy by identifying growth opportunities across brand partnerships, content, and product extensions.
- Support the development and execution of monetization strategies, including sponsorships, licensing, and new revenue streams.
- Participate in client and talent meetings, contributing insights and ensuring follow-through on key actions.
- Begin to take ownership of select talent relationships or projects under supervision, demonstrating progression toward Talent Manager capabilities.
Talent Identification & Industry Research
- Conduct ongoing research on the creator economy, including platform trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and evaluate potential new talent for representation based on engagement, audience demographics, brand alignment, and growth trajectory.
- Utilize analytics tools and social listening platforms to track trends and inform talent strategy.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective talent aligned with business priorities.
Deal Support, Negotiation & Contract Coordination
- Support deal execution, including gathering materials, coordinating approvals, and tracking key contract terms.
- Develop foundational knowledge of deal structures, pricing models, and industry benchmarks.
- Assist in reviewing contracts and ensuring alignment with internal standards in partnership with Legal and Finance.
- Track financial performance of campaigns and talent partnerships, supporting reporting and analysis.
Revenue & Business Performance Support
- Contribute to revenue generation efforts by supporting sales opportunities and client deliverables.
- Assist in identifying new monetization opportunities across talent portfolios.
- Support tracking of revenue, profitability, and performance metrics tied to talent and campaigns.
- Develop a working understanding of the business model, including revenue streams and cost structures.
Relationship Management & Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, clients, brands, and internal stakeholders.
- Support outbound communication with talent and partners, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
- Collaborate across departments to align on priorities, resources, and execution.
- Represent the business in a professional manner at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Required Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, media, entertainment, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator economy trends, and digital content landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in developing a career in talent management and representation.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a talent/influencer agency or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- QuickBase experience.
- Familiarity with traffic analysis tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Social Rank).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Box, Google Suite, Zoom, Mac, Outlook, Slack, Adobe, Canva, and other relevant tools and technology.
