Skinnify is a fast-growing e-commerce brand reinventing fitness by integrating resistance into everyday clothing. They are seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of their influencer channel, developing and executing strategies to scale this important growth area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear influencer marketing strategy aligned with Skinnify’s growth goals
- Source, recruit, and manage creators across Instagram, TikTok, Hirebase, and other relevant platforms
- Build and scale programs using impact.com, LTK, ShopMy, etc
- Identify high-performing creators and turn them into long-term brand partners
- Manage influencer contracts, payouts, tracking links, and performance reporting
- Collaborate closely with paid media, content, and creative teams
- Analyze performance (ROI, CPA, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns
- Stay on top of influencer, UGC, and social commerce trends
- Ensure brand alignment, authenticity, and compliance across all partnerships
Skills
- Hands-on experience building and scaling influencer marketing programs for DTC e-commerce brands
- Proven experience in influencer marketing for DTC e-commerce brands
- Hands-on experience with impact.com, LTK, and/or ShopMy
- Strong strategic thinking - you know how to scale influencer programs profitably
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns
- Self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
