About the role:
We're seeking a Manager, Media, to leads hands-on execution of paid social media campaigns and support strategy development. This role will support the Senior Manager role to ensure successful delivery and optimization of high-value media campaigns, driving performance and helping to develop campaign recaps.
The Manager, Media is a skilled in execution and paid social media optimization, responsible for the successful, hands-on delivery and reporting of high-value paid social campaigns. This role partners with Senior Managers to execute media strategy, ensure campaign performance, and contribute to post-campaign recaps, acting as the primary driver of tactical excellence.
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Support campaign execution on all social platforms, including meticulous campaign setup, rigorous QA, and post-launch verification
- Analyze campaign performance daily, recommending and implementing A/B tests and real-time optimizations to maximize ROI
- Assist Senior Manager in efficient budget pacing and identifying risks to profitability
- Ensure the correct implementation and functionality of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and ad implementation techniques for campaigns
- Participate in the development of Creator marketing strategies
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to pull, analyze, and interpret performance data for regular reporting
- Contribute to strategy development by using performance data to inform strategic decisions and help recommend solutions to client challenges
- Assist in the creation and finalization of comprehensive campaign wrap reports and performance summaries
Client & Team Coordination
- Serve as the day-to-day media point of contact for mid-level client stakeholders
- Proactively anticipate client needs and escalate complex issues or urgent challenges to the Senior Manager for resolution
- Independently model professional standards and reinforce team and campaign consistency
Here's what we're looking for:
- 3–4 years hands-on experience in paid social media platforms, with a track record of contributing to successful campaigns
- Familiarity and direct experience with major paid social tools and interfaces, including Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager
- Current knowledge of platform-specific features and products
- Previous use and understanding of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and ad implementation techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey strategies and insights to a variety of stakeholders
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills in a results-driven environment
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 and serves as a general guideline for the potential compensation. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, location, and, ultimately, budget approvals.
