We built an AI tool that saves creators hundreds of hours. Now we need someone who can get it in front of Alex Hormozi, Pat Flynn, and other top influencers. Is that you?

 

At Poppy, we've created a platform that's helping content creators, founders, and marketers make VIRAL content & ads while saving 100's of hours per month! Our platform is the first and ONLY multiplayer AI in the world where you can drag & drop YouTube videos, PDFs, voice notes, and images all in one place and collaborate with your team Figma-style!

 

We're incredibly grateful to have over 3,000 amazing customers with just a 3% refund rate, and about 35% of our sales come from word-of-mouth referrals. The product resonates with people, but we need someone who can help us build deep relationships with influencers and up-and-coming creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok!

 

Your goal will be to help us get to $1 million/month in the next six months.

 

The Role: The "Stop At Nothing" Attitude

 

Imagine this scenario: You're scrolling on Instagram and you find the perfect influencer that could kill it in terms of making affiliate sales for Poppy.

 

You DM them on Instagram. No reply.

You comment on their YouTube video. Nothing.

You email them three times. They ignore you.

Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

 

- Making 10 personalized Loom videos for big creators you want to work with

- DMing 30+ smaller influencers (under 100K followers) on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

- Keeping track of 50+ influencers you're trying to sign as affiliates

- Jumping on 3-5 Zoom calls with creators to show them how Poppy works

- Talking money – negotiating deals where both sides win but we still make profit

- Following up again and again with people like Alex Hormozi until they respond

- Checking our dashboard to see which influencers are actually making us money

- Cutting off influencers who don't bring in sales and giving more attention to those who do

- Coming up with cool ideas beyond basic affiliate links (like webinars or special content)

- Finding opportunities where an entire YouTube team could use Poppy

- Spotting creators who are about to blow up and signing them early

- Taking over team Zoom calls to share insights you've discovered about what's working

- Teaching the rest of our team the strategies you're seeing succeed in the creator world

 

What Success Looks Like:

 

- Getting 5-10 new profitable influencers to promote us each month

- Making sure they actually post about us when they say they will

- Keeping 80%+ of our good influencers promoting us month after month

- Finding at least 2 "hidden gem" creators each month who bring in lots of sales

- Landing at least one huge influencer (500K+ followers) every 3 months

- Helping us hit $1M/month within six months

- Becoming the go-to expert on creator partnerships within our company

 

Who You Are (Specifically):

 

- You once found a way to contact a CEO everyone said was impossible to reach

- You've talked influencers down from wanting 50% commission to accepting 25-30%

- You've kept creators promoting the same product for 6+ months

- You can look at a creator's content and accurately guess if their audience will buy our stuff

- You have a system for keeping track of all your outreach so nothing falls through the cracks

- You've turned a "no" into a "yes" by thinking of an angle nobody else tried

- You're the person who gets excited to share new tactics with the team

- You don't just execute – you improve processes and teach others what you learn

- You're comfortable working 12-15 hour days when needed because you're obsessed with results

- You believe in both mental and physical strength – weak body, weak mind isn't your style

 

Requirements:

 

- You've spent 3+ years getting results in influencer deals or affiliate marketing

- You've juggled relationships with at least 25 creators at the same time

- You've signed at least 3 big creators with 500K+ followers

- You can show us actual numbers from deals you've negotiated

- You know how to use affiliate tracking tools

- You understand which types of creators convert better than others

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

- $70-90K base salary depending on your experience

- Commission that can add $3-5K to your monthly pay when you do well

- Bonus checks of $5-15K every 3 months if you hit your targets

- Potential to earn $40-50K in a SINGLE MONTH if you're crushing it (we've paid this before)

- Equity in our company (0.1-0.5% depending on your experience)
