About Fohr
Fohr is the influencer advertising agency and platform for category-leading brands that demand breakthrough creative and measurable impact. Our team lives inside emerging culture and identifies rising creators before they go mainstream. We transform influencer marketing from a tactical add-on into a brand and business driver for some of the world's most renowned and beloved brands.
We're building something ambitious, and we're doing it as a smart, powerful, tight-knit, genuinely kind team that takes the work seriously and is invested in building a collaborative, creative, growth-oriented culture.
The opportunity
We're looking for a full-time Recruiter to join Fohr on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes genuine ownership of the hiring process, and cares as much about candidate experience as they do about speed and quality. You'll be embedded in a small, collaborative team and will have real visibility into how we grow.
You'll run full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles; sourcing candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers, and building structured, thoughtful interview processes from the ground up. This is not a hand-off role. You'll own the work end-to-end and serve as a trusted thought partner to the people you support. This role will report into the VP of People.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for open roles across teams, from sourcing and screening to offer and close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, applicants, and creative sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, define the role, and structure fair, consistent interview processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality, communicative experience throughout
- Help establish and refine recruiting practices, templates, and workflows as the team grows
- Track pipeline health and share regular updates with stakeholders, flagging risks and opportunities early
- Bring ideas and observations back to the team, we're a small operation and better practices are built together
Who you are
- A clear communicator and strong relationship-builder, you make candidates and hiring managers feel like they're in good hands
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Curious about people, you go beyond the resume, ask smart questions, and bring genuine perspective to your assessments
- Collaborative by nature, but comfortable driving the work forward independently when needed
- Energized by a fast-changing environment where processes are still being built, not just followed
- Someone who wants to grow, you're building toward deeper hiring manager relationships, stronger sourcing instincts, and a sharper POV on talent, and you want to do it somewhere that will invest in that
Qualifications
- Up to 4 years of recruiting experience, in-house or at an agency, ideally with some exposure to creative, marketing, or tech-adjacent roles
- Experience running full-cycle searches independently, from first outreach to offer close
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
- A team-first mentality; no task is too small, and no win belongs to one person
Growth & culture
This is a contract-to-hire role, with a clear path to a full-time position for the right person. Our team is made up of people who are genuinely excellent at what they do, who care about each other, and who believe they're building something worth building. We believe in excellence over ego, communicating directly, and progress over perfection.
