Responsibilities

  • Design, capture, edit, implement, and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to refine ad reach and improve campaign performance.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, gather consumer insights, and identify trending topics for content creation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop eye-catching graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite that align with branding guidelines.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to optimize ad spend and enhance ROI.
  • Manage content calendars using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and engagement across channels.
  • Engage in relationship management by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly while maintaining a positive brand voice.
  • Support public relations initiatives by coordinating with media outlets and influencers to amplify campaign reach.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, video editing, photography, and e-commerce strategies to keep campaigns fresh and effective.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on synam content creation and paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising or similar channels.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign success and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Experience managing social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and monitoring brand mentions.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques to enhance content visibility organically alongside paid efforts.
  • Ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice consistency.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with audiences across multiple channels.
