Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Ambassador Marketing Assistant to support our fast-growing influencer and ambassador program. This role is responsible for reviewing inbound ambassador applications, managing user-generated content (UGC), and supporting ambassador communications.
You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our program while maintaining quality, organization, and a strong brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ambassador Application Review
- Review 200+ daily ambassador applications (and growing)
- Approve or deny applicants based on brand fit, content quality, and guidelines
- Ensure consistent decision-making and quality control
- Flag high-potential creators for the partnerships team
2. UGC Review & Management
- Review all submitted UGC from ambassadors
- Mark completed tasks in backoffice systems
- Identify high-performing / usable content
- Upload and organize approved content into the UGC library
- Tag and categorize content for easy access by marketing teams
3. Content Quality Control
- Evaluate content based on:
- Hook strength
- Video quality
- Brand alignment
- Conversion potential
- Surface top-performing content to team for paid ads / campaigns
4. Ambassador Support (Backup Role)
- Respond to ambassador emails when needed (coverage support)
- Assist with:
- Application questions
- Program details
- Basic troubleshooting
- Maintain professional, friendly, and on-brand communication
5. Organization & Systems Management
- Keep UGC library clean, searchable, and up to date
- Maintain internal tracking systems
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
6. Team & Influencer Support
- Assist the Director of Brand Partnerships and team with day-to-day operational needs
- Support in-office and on-site influencer visits (e.g., coordinating logistics, helping ensure a great experience)
- Help with occasional tasks such as picking up meals, snacks, or supplies for visiting creators or team needs
- Contribute to creating a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all brand partners
