Strand Digital | Manager

We’re looking for a high-performing Creator Manager to join our growing team, someone who doesn’t just manage talent, but has strong brand and agency relationships. 

This role is for someone entrepreneurial, well-connected, and ready to take real ownership: growing a roster, driving revenue, and playing a key role in shaping the next generation of digital/creator talent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bring a creator roster to grow, manage, and scale across digital and unscripted
• Serve as a strategic partner to talent across brand deals, content strategy, long-term career growth, and business ventures
• Leverage your existing relationships with brands, agencies, and buyers to drive consistent deal flow
• Lead negotiations end-to-end, ensuring strong deal terms and alignment with talent goals
• Identify and sign emerging talent with high growth potential and cultural relevance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on larger opportunities, packaging, and IP development
• Contribute to the overall growth of the company through leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2–3+ years representing digital, influencer, or unscripted talent
• Industry Relationships: Existing network across brands, agencies, and buyers
• Digital Fluency: Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and the evolving creator economy
• Strong Negotiator: Comfortable owning deals from pitch through close
• Leadership Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, and invested in both personal and team success
• Taste & Instincts: Strong eye for talent, content, and cultural trends
